Source of Income
We welcome qualified applicants regardless of lawful source of income, including wages, retirement or disability benefits, child support, alimony, and federal, state, or local housing assistance (such as Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers and similar programs). We may verify income and ability to pay rent using the same objective standards for all applicants.

Application & Tenant Screening Policy
All applicants are subject to uniform screening criteria. In accordance with New York State Law, application fees are capped at a maximum of $20 per applicant, and background/credit check fees will only be charged at cost up to that $20 limit. Landlords do not discriminate based on arbitrary criteria, and full screening policies will be provided clearly prior to application submission.
